TI - Clifford Harris Sentencing
TI Clifford Harris will be sentenced on March 27, 2009, Friday. He has supposedly been offered a request deal which would pass a reduced sentence of 1 year and 1 day jail time.
Harris was supposed to agree to some of the conditions such as the 1000 hours of community service before sentencing, $100,000 fine, and another 500 hours of community service after his release from jail. Though it was not made clear whether TI had completed 1000 hours of community service before Friday’s sentencing.
Plus, TI could get time off for good behavior in prison, if the authorities allowed that. But TI made it worse on Oct 14, 2007 when he had tried to purchase weapons illegally. And was caught when he was found with some illegal weapons when the officers searched his house. Clifford Harris was under the criminal act of felony weapons charges, and the Friday’s sentencing will be for these charges.

David Paradise
David Paradiso was on a trial for killing Eileen Pelt who was his girlfriend. During a break, David Paradiso left the stand and attacked his judge, San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge Cinda Fox and he was shot dead by a detective.
Paradiso had taken the advantage of the recess when the jurors walked out of the court. He also joined the walkout and the bailiffs were not alert. Paradiso approached Cinda Fox from her behind. Paradiso lifted Fox. Witnesses saw Paradiso punching and may be stabbing Fox before gunshots were fired at Paradiso.
Eric Bradley, of Lodi police, is a detective with 8 years experience. Bradley was the leading detective in the case of Paradiso and Pelt. Bradley fired his gun. Bradley is now on administrative leave.

Casey Anthony Case And The Pictures
The court appearance of Casey Anthony for Jose Baez's filed motions regarding Casey's Photobucket account pictures, was held in the afternoon court, will be beginning at 4:15pm EST. This motion will include the restraint of the Orange County Corrections facility's video of Casey's response when told that remains had been found on December 11, 2008.
A judge has said that he will take the decision only when the public will be able to see the personal photos Casey Anthony has posted on an online-picture sharing Web site. But Casey's attorney has said to Orange Circuit Court Judge - Stan Strickland that the photos should remain private if they are released then it would hurt her defense.
Casey Anthony has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie, whose remains were found on December 11th. The authorities have gathered the photos during investigation. "I understand the public's need to know," said attorney Jose Baez. "However, these are issues that are immaterial and could put at risk to my client's right to a fair trial."
Today, a tentative date was set for Casey's trial on October 12. After months Casey was present in the court but said very little, along with her were Cindy and George Anthony her parents were sitting in the row behind Casey Anthony in the hour-long hearing at the Orange County Courthouse.
